Leslie B. Schotz- Owner and General Manager

Leslie is an experienced business woman having successfully run multiple businesses in the greater San Diego area.  She combines her dynamic and diverse skill set with her creativity in order to guide Hot Shotz Sports Center.  Though never being a sports star in her past, she has become immersed in the San Diego sports realm and finds great joy in providing her customers with the most outstanding sports experience in her beautiful 45,000 square foot facility in the heart of Del Mar.  She is the go-to person at Hot Shotz and if you have any ideas as to how Hot Shotz can best serve your needs Leslie will be happy to accomodate.

Matthew Schotz- Assistant Manager

Matt is a recent graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.  Over the summer Matt ran all of the operations at Hot Shotz Outdoor Sports Center next to the Surf and Turf Driving Range.  Matt specializes in creating new programs and making sure that they are implemented to the fullest extent through unique marketing channels and personell.  Though he will be heading off for Australia in February he will be a cornerstone of Hot Shotz until then.

 

 

 

Michael Nascenzi – Assistant Manager

Michael is the Director of Marketing at Hot Shotz Sports where he runs the company website, heads up marketing campaigns, and manages the Hot Shotz Sports social media websites (Follow us  on Twitter).  Michael also helps out and problem solves the day to day operations of the facility.

Michael graduated from Torrey Pines High School where he played football and baseball, developing a  strong passion and knowledge for sports, competition, teamwork, and fitness. He then went on to study at Boston College where he recently earned a degree in Economics and History. While at Boston College, Michael played for the rugby team, further developing his passion for sports. He went on to  serve as Merchandise Secretary and Fundraising Executive for the team where he developed an  expertise in marketing athletics.
